Needle-free mesotherapy device based on EPM technology
TKN Mesoject Gun uses electroporation energy (EPM Technology). Electrical impulses generate temporary hydrophilic channels in the lipid bilayers of the cell membranes and intercellular spaces. By means of a significant increase in electrical conductivity and tissue permeability, the desired penetration of active ingredients is achieved locally, non-invasively and painlessly.
The main difference is that Mesoject Gun uses EPM technology. EPM technology is a combination of electroporation and transdermal mesotherapy treatments using the microchip tool. The combination of these two techniques allows reversible microchannels to be created in the cutaneous barrier of the stratum corneum and improves the penetration of the active ingredients in the different layers and structures of the epidermis.

Noiseless medical microneedling device for mesotherapy
The arrival of NeopenMED marks a before and after in medical microneedling devices for the application of TOSKANI biomimetic peptides.
Using noiseless technology, less noise and vibration is achieved, providing the patient with a feeling of less stress and greater comfort throughout the duration of the treatment.
Highly precise thanks to the instantaneous penetration system, keeping the surrounding skin intact, thus favouring a more reproducible application pattern. Its head with a six-needle system allows up to 900 perforations per second, the depth of the perforation/needle is adjustable between 0.1 and 1.5 mm.
German engineering and the careful manufacturing process ensure the equipment is reliable, durable and has a greater technological guarantee. The CE 0123 certification guarantees total safety in its use as medical equipment.
