The combination of a CO₂ laser and micro-needle fractional RF technology makes FRAXIS DUO the perfect multi-application device for a large range of face and body aesthetic treatments, greatly increasing treatment efficacy while reducing side effects. FRAXIS DUO is also easily upgradable for a wide range of clinical indications with the optional surgical and gynecological applicators.

The CO₂ fractional laser enables intense superficial stimulation, while the micro-needle fractional RF provides higher volumetric heating and deeper heat diffusion. The dual energy and range of treatment modes enable practitioners to easily select the most effective treatment for each indication and achieve superior results for scars and wrinkles through single or combined treatments.

The true 30 watt high-powered COz fractional laser scanner delivers uniform and stable beam quality with a short pulse duration, while the superior ablative thermal effect induces resurfacing of the epidermis and regeneration of the dermis. The optimum beam size of 100 micrometers ensures optimal treatment outcomes by minimizing downtime and the risk of PIH.


“i-stack” function. Makes it possible to deliver the deepest fractional ablative effect with less energy via a repetition stacking function (called "i-stack") by minimizing damage to surrounding tissue. It is mainly used for deep acne scars, burn scar and other depressed scars, enabling practitioners to offer optimal treatment for the indication and the patient's tolerance of downtime.

Advanced micro-needling bipolar RF technology delivers precisely controlled RF energy to selectively adjusted depths (0.5mm to 3.5mm) via the finest medical grade needle head to increase treatment efficacy for photoaging and scars on the face and body.
